The photo shows the final form of the new bridge to be constructed over river Debet at Sadakhlo-Bagratashen border crossing point of the state border of Georgia and the Republic of Armenia.

Two separate bridges will be constructed in two directions at a distance of 1 m from each other. The total width of the two bridges will be 24.7 m, each - 11.85 m. The bridge will have 5 spans of about 32 meters and access roads. The bridge will have external lighting and drainage system.

The existing bridge will be repaired‚ it can serve as an alternative road in case of traffic jams at the border checkpoint.

A new bridge construction Project is in the pre-construction stage. Construction will start in the coming months.
