Mr. Karen Jeyranyan, Capacity Building and Monitoring Specialist of the "Transport Project Implementation Organization" SNCO participated in the meeting of interregional expert group of transport communication between Asia and Europe held in Thailand.

The invitation was received by the UN Commission of the Economic and Social Commission of Asia and the Pacific. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is one of the five regional commissions under the jurisdiction of the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

The preliminary document of the meeting of the interregional expert group of transport communication between Asia and Europe was discussed. The representatives of the participating States have provided information on current developments and projects in their countries, which related to the development of transport connections between Asia and Europe.
