On June 19, the Sustainable Urban Development, North-South Highway and Northern Corridor Modernization Projects Governing Board met, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan.

The meeting discussed and approved as follows: the Tranche-3 agreement on construction contract for the North-South Highway’s Talin-Lanjik road section, the Tranche-2 agreement on the results of the tender announced for construction of Argavand-Shirak road section, and the amended Tranche-1 Investment Program Agreement (design, construction, contracting with a consulting firm, sustainable urban development).

During the meeting, an exchange of views was held on the steps aimed at improving the efficiency of road construction projects and exercising proper quality control during implementation, including the adoption of legislative improvements. In this connection, the Deputy Prime Minister gave relevant instructions to meeting participants.
