Construction of a new bridge on the Debed River in the area of Sadakhlo-Bagratashen crossing point is underway. At the moment, asphalt demolition, earthworks, concreting and other works are being carried out on the Armenian-Georgian sides.

According to the design, it is planned to build two parallel bridges, each with two lanes and a sidewalk. The bridge will have external lighting and drainage system.
