Workshop On The Best Practices Of The Grievance Log Mantenance


The employees of the Social Impact Management Service of the Transport Project Implementation Organization participated in a workshop organized by the Asian Development Bank. It was devoted to the grievance redress mechanisms in the road construction projects. The grievance log maintenance practices in the NSCIP and M6 projects, complaints resolution, monitoring‚ analysis and other topics have been discussed. In this context they also referred to Georgia's similar experience.
