The “Road Department” Fund has announced a selection procedure for External Independent Monitoring Consultant Services for the Verification of the Compliance of the LARP implementation of about 32km road from Agarak to tunnel exit (Tranche 4). The Contractor shall carry out the Services in accordance with the requirements of the technical specifications.
