3564 applications, inquiries and letters were received during January-December, 2018 in the "Transport Project Implementation Organization" SNCO. Out of which 126  were the citizens' appeals.

2564 applications have been received by postal version.

All inquiries, applications and notes have been processed in accordance with the procedure and timeframe established by the RA legislation.
