Reconstruction of 10 km section (km 35+300 - km 45+300) of H-31, (M-1)- Vardaghbyur-Tashir- (M-3) republican highway is completed. This road section passing through Lori region was renovated by "Chanaparh" LLC.  Project was funded by 2020 State budget of Republic of Armenia. Technical Supervisor: “EGIS International” and “Sufet”.

This road section was last renovated during the Soviet years.
