According to the press publication, since January 15 to April 28, 2018  17 employees have worked  but have not been paid by the “Saba” company which is the subcontractor of the Spanish “Corsan-Corviam Construccion S.A” company  carring out the construction of Tranche 2 of the North-South Road Corridor.

The "Transport Project Implementation Organization" SNCO informs that the SNCO has applied to “Corsan-Corviam Construccion S.A” on  July 16 2018, and the Project Manager of the “Corsan” replied that the “Saba” has  been noticed about its duty to fulfill the requirements of the RA legislation.

The “Corsan” has also informed that they have fulfilled all payment obligations to “Saba” LTD.
