RESTORATION OF ROADS IN VAYOTS DZOR AND SYUNIK REGIONS CONTINUES
The rehabilitated section of the M2, Karmrashen road starts from the Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-Iran highway and ends at the central part of Herher community. The work are being carried is being carried out on the 11 kilometer road section of the highway. The contractor is ''Blesk'' LLC.
946m of drinking water and 131m sewerage tubes have been laid in the village. Asphalting of the central part of Herher is completed. At this time, the volume of work is 42 percent. Completion of the road section is scheduled for February 2019.
The intersection from of Shamb village of Syunik region, passing through Darbas, Getatagh, Lor communities and the road leading to the central part of the Shenatagh community (13km) are also being restored.
The road sections are being rehabilitated within the framework of the “Lifeline Roads Network Improvement Project: Additional Financing” Project supported by the World Bank. The order of the work is from the "Transport Program Implementation Organization" SNCO.
