The “Road Department” Fund held the opening of the Technical Proposals submitted under the selection process for the Project Management Consultant for the Sisian–Kajaran Road Investment Project.

The opening of the Technical Proposals was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the procurement documents, in the presence of the Evaluation Committee and representatives of the Consultants attending the opening.

In accordance with the procurement procedure, only the Technical Proposals were opened at this stage, while the Financial Proposals will be opened after completion of the technical evaluation, in accordance with the established procedure.

At the next stage, the Evaluation Committee will proceed with the evaluation of the submitted Technical Proposals in accordance with the criteria set out in the procurement documents.
