The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Khudatyan, and the International Director of the French enterprise “Razel-Bec SAS” Alain Besson and Chairman Laurent Fayat, the representative of the French enterprise “VINCI Construction Grand Projet” Jean-Philippe Salla and Director Philippe Tavernier exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding “On the Bargushat Tunnel Construction Project in the Republic of Armenia” between the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia and the French joint venture “VINCI Construction Grand Projet” and “Razel-Bec SAS”.
